Welcome to AK Ranch. We are a small operation located in Centerville, Texas. Our goal is to provide reasonably priced beef that has been produced with no hormones or antibiotics. We hope to make good, healthy beef available to as many people as possible. Relax and have a look around. July 9, 2009 UPDATE 

I have finally got a chance to put some updated pictures up of the dry conditions we are having. The calves are growing fast and will be weighing them in the week to check to when they will be ready. Please check back by the end of next week.  I will be sending e-mails or making phone calls out to everyone that order their calf this year. Thanks for your support.

August 21, 2009 UPDATE  

Well the first round of calves have made it to the processor with maybe another round later on into the winter.
